Membership

Membership in the BCFFF is open to all individuals and clubs who support the objectives of the organization as detailed in our constitution.

There are two ways to become a BCFFF member.

  1. Form or join a fly fishing club that is a member of the BCFFF and become an associate member. Clubs are a good choice if you are new to fly fishing and are looking for hands-on help getting started. Most clubs have programs to help beginners and in addition offer a fun and social atmosphere that many enjoy.
  2. Apply as an individual and become a direct member. Direct membership is a good choice if there isn't a club in your area or you can't commit to a club's membership requirements.

Why should I, or my club, join the BCFFF?

  • Be part of a well established group that advocates for fish and fish habitat and is the only organization in BC that has a mandate to further the interests of fly anglers.
  • Access to funds for various types of projects
  • Assistance with club formation
  • Assistance with local conservation and quality angling issues

Club: $15 for the club plus $5 for each club member.

Direct Member: $20 Dues are paid annually and are in Canadian dollars.
